Job Title: Senior UKG (Kronos) Funcional Consultant

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and contribute to UKG (Kronos) WFM implementation and enhancement projects
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Configure and support:
- Timekeeping
- Pay Policies
- Accruals
- Scheduling
- Leave Management
- Support Workforce Central to Workforce Dimensions migrations
- Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams for integrations and data validation
- Support SIT, UAT, Parallel Runs, and Go-Live activities
- Provide post Go-Live support and resolve functional issues
- Partner with client stakeholders on change requests and continuous improvements
Who You Are:
✅ 8+ years of hands-on experience with UKG (Kronos) Functional Consulting
✅ Strong expertise in Timekeeping and Accrual configurations
✅ Experience with Workforce Central and/or Workforce Dimensions
✅ Solid understanding of Pay Rules and Leave Policies
✅ Experience with UKG–Payroll / HRMS integrations
✅ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
✅ Excellent client communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to global implementations (US / EU / MEA / APAC regions)
- Experience supporting large enterprise WFM environments
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting setup
