Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in Locum Tenens recruitment for the US healthcare staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing physicians and advanced practice providers (NPs, PAs) for locums assignments across various healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified Physicians, Nurse Practitioners (NP), and Physician Assistants (PA) for locum tenens assignments
• Utilize job boards such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and internal databases
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and qualification checks
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Manage candidate onboarding and credentialing coordination
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment
• Must have hands-on experience in Locums / Locum Tenens recruitment
• Experience recruiting Physicians, NP, PA, or other clinical roles
• Strong understanding of US healthcare staffing industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS systems
• Strong sourcing and screening skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Locums staffing clients
• Experience with credentialing and compliance processes
• Experience working in US staffing environment

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
