Role Overview
The Tech Recruiter will be responsible for hiring top technical talent across engineering, product, data, and IT roles. This role requires strong understanding of technical skill sets, proactive sourcing strategies, and close collaboration with hiring managers to build high-performing tech teams that support business and product growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for roles such as Software Engineers, QA, Product Managers, Data Analysts, DevOps, and other tech positions.
- Partner closely with tech hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team structure, and hiring priorities.
- Source technical candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, tech communities, and networking.
- Screen resumes for technical fit and conduct initial HR/tech screening interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews, assessments, and feedback loops efficiently.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of tech talent for current and future requirements.
- Ensure timely communication and deliver a smooth, positive candidate experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in technical recruitment or IT hiring (startup or consultancy experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and hiring trends in the tech ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and technical sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tech hiring requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
