Jewellery Casting Technician

Role: Gold Casting Experienced Technician – Schultheiss VPC Pure

CTC: 6 Lakhs per annum (negotiable)

Location: Chandigarh, India

We are looking for an experienced Gold Casting Expert to manage and operate our Schultheiss VPC Pure Casting Machine along with the complete vacuum pressure casting system.

If you have hands-on experience in high-precision gold casting and understand the technical nuances of vacuum pressure systems, we would love to connect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage the Schultheiss VPC vacuum pressure casting machine
• Handle complete vacuum pressure casting process (melting to final casting)
• Ensure defect-free, high-quality gold castings
• Monitor temperature control, vacuum levels, and pressure parameters
• Troubleshoot casting defects (porosity, shrinkage, incomplete fills, etc.)
• Maintain equipment and ensure optimal machine performance
• Work closely with design and production teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience in gold casting using vacuum pressure systems
• Hands-on experience with Schultheiss or similar high-end casting machines
• Strong technical understanding of casting parameters and metallurgy
• Ability to maintain consistency in quality production
• Experience in jewellery manufacturing preferred
