Job Purpose andImpact
- TheSenior Application Developer job builds, maintains, integrates andimplements software applications within the organization. They workwith Business Stakeholders on requirement gathering and translatingneeds into user focused solutions. With minimal supervision, thisjob performs Software Application testing, quality assurance,configuration, installation, and support to ensure smooth stableand timely implementation of new software and updates to installedapplications.
KeyAccountabilities
Project & ProductInitiatives: Leads and documentsrequirements‑gathering sessions with business stakeholders,translating needs into effective, user‑focused solutions thatenhance overall experience and business outcomes.
End-to-End Testing:Coordinates and executes comprehensive E2E testing for products andintegrations—both prior to and post‑deployment—to ensure quality,stability, and uninterrupted business operations.
Product Enhancement:Continuously identifies opportunities to optimize the product andrefine the processes supported by the team’s core platform, drivingongoing improvement and long‑term value.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 9 years of relevantwork experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevantexperience.
- Extensive experience intranslating complex business needs into scalable digitalsolutions
- Proven track record working acrossthe product lifecycle—from requirement gathering, stakeholdermanagement, and process mapping to product strategy, roadmapplanning, and agile execution.
- Skilled inbridging the gap between business, technology, and end-users, withhands-on experience in web and mobile platforms
