Chief Investment Officer – Family Office

Description

• Investment Strategy & Asset Allocation: Define and implement asset allocation aligned with family objectives; develop return‑risk framework across market cycles.
• Portfolio Management: Construct and manage diversified multi‑asset portfolios; oversee public markets (equity, credit, funds) and alternatives.
• Private Investments: Lead sourcing, diligence, structuring, and monitoring of direct / pre‑IPO / PE investments; drive disciplined underwriting and exit strategy.
• Risk & Governance: Own the Investment Policy Statement (IPS); establish risk limits, liquidity planning, and investment committee processes.
• Performance & Reporting: Track portfolio performance, risk metrics, and attribution; present clear and transparent reporting to the family.
• Capital & Liquidity Management: Manage cash flows, capital calls, distributions, and reinvestments.
• Leadership: Build and lead the investment team; act as trusted advisor on significant capital decisions.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in investing roles (PE / VC / Hedge Funds / Asset Management / Investment Banking).
• Family office experience is a must; consider it a relevant bonus.
• Demonstrated experience managing large pools of capital.
• Strong track record across public and private markets.
• Deep understanding of risk management and capital preservation.
• High integrity, discretion, and long‑term orientation.
• Salary is based on candidate experience (max 1cr.).
