About the role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and disciplined Investment & Capital Allocation Manager to represent the CEO in evaluating startup equity opportunities across Kerala and managing structured capital growth through financial market investments.This is not a speculative day-trading role, but a strategic capital management position focused on disciplined growth and risk protection.

Responsibilities:

Startup Equity Investment (Primary Responsibility)

• Meet startup founders across Kerala to evaluate business models
• Analyze financial statements, projections, and funding requirements
• Conduct structured due diligence
• Assess valuation and negotiate equity structure
• Identify risks and scalability potential
• Make investment recommendations / decisions in alignment with CEO
• Structure governance terms and investor protection clauses

2️ Post-Investment Portfolio Management

• Track startup KPIs (Revenue, Burn Rate, EBITDA, Cash Flow, Growth Rate)
• Conduct periodic review meetings
• Monitor fund utilization
• Identify early warning signals
• Plan exit strategies (Buyback, Acquisition, Strategic Sale, etc.)

3️ Capital Allocation & Market Investments (Secondary Responsibility)

• Manage approved trading capital across regulated platforms
• Follow disciplined risk management strategies
• Maintain capital preservation as priority
• Apply structured trading methodology (No speculative trading)
• Monitor drawdowns and maintain performance reports
• Provide monthly capital performance updates to CEO
