L ead Software Engineer
Lead software engineering team by providing expertise in requirement gathering & analysis, solution design & documentation, and end-to-end technology delivery of business initiatives.
Analyze current technology trend, and regional technology roadmap, and internal company’s technology current state and design for future convergence and sustainability.
Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates
Propose and establish framework for necessary contributions from various departments.
Account for possible project technical challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope.
Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions.
Build and establish company software framework and development standards to align with regional direction.
Design and lead internal development team in implementation of local in-house mobile or web app system for business needs.
Lead various technical integration with regional platforms or third-party platform system such as eWallet partner, bank partner, lead generation partner etc.
