    Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the recruitment industry in Bangalore.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and qualify potential clients across retail, FMCG, telecom, and consumer sectors.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate cold calls, warm introductions, and digital outreach to set up meetings with decision-makers.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and prepare for client meetings attended by senior leadership; ensure alignment on objectives and outcomes.
  • Opportunity Assessment: Understand client needs, assess interest levels, and tailor the client’s service offerings accordingly.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured sales funnel, track progress, and report weekly updates to regional leadership.
  • Deal Support: Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, pricing models, and assist in final negotiations.
  • Regional Oversight: Manage business development activities across North India, ensuring coverage and growth in key markets.
