Location – Mumbai, Bangalore

Reports to  – Sr. Conceptuaizer / Concept Head

WFO – Monday to Friday (Flexible timings)

Key Responsibilities –  Strategic Concept DevelopmentOwn the end-to-end development of ideas, concepts, and themes for events, campaigns, and internalinitiatives, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience insights. Client Pitch Support & Creative StorytellingCraft compelling narratives, decks, and scripts for client presentations, working closely with BD, strategy,and creative teams to win business and enhance proposal impact. Brand Voice & Messaging AlignmentEnsure consistency in tone, language, and brand positioning across content formats—whether digital, on-ground, or internal communication. Cross-Functional Creative CollaborationPartner with design, digital, and delivery teams to translate ideas into visual storytelling, theme lines, andend-to-end narratives. Social Media Campaign ThinkingContribute to the ideation and copywriting for social media content, employer branding campaigns, andthought leadership initiatives. Research, Trends & Insight MiningStay ahead of cultural, consumer, and category trends to infuse concepts with freshness and relevance.

Required Qualifications & Experience-

Graduate/Postgraduate in Communications,Journalism, Mass Media, English, or Marketing

4–6 years of experience in creative copywriting,brand communication, or experiential/eventmarketing Exposure to integrated campaigns (digital +on-ground) and experience with B2B/B2Cbrands Proven experience in leading pitches, scriptwriting, and concept presentations Ability to simplify complex ideas intocompelling narratives and copy.
