Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate must have a worked in a technical background with a good understanding of enterprise applications / services delivery. The person must have managed a team and handled multiple deliveries. The person must have exceptional communication and organizational skills and ability to work in a matrix organization across different time zones. Experience in managing x7 critical production systems is a critical skill. Experience managing .Net projects or delivery is a major plus. Working knowledge of PostgreSQL DB and MS SQL server is a plus. Sound knowledge of Windows based operating systems (Linux exposure is a plus). Ability to quickly pick up on business/ functional context of the applications and work with business stakeholders and plan teams to address platform level issues is a must have. Proven experience in managing regulatory and other compliance demands and InfoSec priorities. Produce quality results in high pressure situations in a dynamic environment. Strong negotiation skills to deal with individuals across all functional and hierarchy levels. Work with constraints and ambiguous situations Quickly gain a deep understanding of the existing technical infrastructure and will ultimately own it. Experience in Cloud migration and setting up teams to manage a cloud environment. Skillsets in putting in place processes and team structures to run the enterprise wide infrastructure on Cloud is a plus….
