Job Description:Coordination/Analysis/Valuation/Configuration of time and process organization in work systems and work areas to improve the machines’ productivity and optimize the material flowStudy operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine associate functions and responsibilities.Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools, Auto Cad etc.MIS Reporting daily, weekly and MonthlyMonthly update capacity calculation and evaluate the ticket by using AUR Capacity.Take charge of business center layout design and update per customer/process requirementResponsible for updating VSM based on requirement and OEE analysis to define improvement in respective areasTake responsibility to finalize manning requirement based on ticket and machine ramp up and Machine running requirement.Lead LEAN / Focused Improvement projects and follow up with business center partners to get desired resultsTo adhere with EHS policies, procedures, rules and regulations.Desired Experience3-5 Years Experience into Industrial Engineering from manufacturing Industries into IE domain.
Experience from Tire Industry is preferred
Educational Qualification
BE – Industrial/ Production / Mechanical
PG- ME / M.Tech (Industrial Engineering) preferred
