The Role:

The General Manager – Talent Acquisition will lead the talent acquisition strategy and execution for the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of excellence in recruitment.

  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.

Team Structure: You will lead a dedicated team of recruiters and work closely with HR and department leaders.

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on recruitment experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
