Job Description:Only candidates with experience of leading procurement more than 400Crs Only candidates with experience in Data Center industry with 15yrs+ experience Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organisational goals and ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management to ensure optimal terms. Monitor procurement budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams to identify procurement needs and establish priorities. Analyse market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards in all procurement activities. Lead and mentor the procurement team to achieve performance targets. Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management. Bachelor’s degree of Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical. Minimum 15 years’ experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role and Data Center industry experience is must. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data effectively. Experience in ERP systems and procurement software tools (, SAP, Oracle, Coupa). Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing budgets and cost control measures. Experience managing and developing high-performing procurement teams.
