Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support: Posting jobs on portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), sourcing resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Administrative Tasks: Updating HR databases, filing documents, and tracking employee absences.

Onboarding: Assisting with new hire orientation and preparing onboarding paperwork.

Employee Relations: Assisting with employee welfare activities, events, and answering queries on HR policies.

Requirements and Skills

Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
