Person should have experience in API synthesis.

Exploratory Studies / Synthesis on Milligram to Gram scale level.

Good Analytical interpretation skills.

Scale-up activity for the developed molecules.

Planning and assigning the work to the team members and ensuring the completeness regarding cGMP.

Co-ordination with analytical department for the analysis.
