Job Summary:

Contract Manager

This role requires a detail-oriented professional to support the contract lifecycle management process.

• Draft, review and administer contracts, amendments, work orders and related documents in line with approved templates and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting commercial summaries, redline comparisons and deviation notes for contract negotiations;
• Maintain accurate records of contractual milestones, deliverables, payment terms and obligations to flag potential risks or deviations proactively;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve contract-related queries and clarifications;
• Evaluate invoices against contractual terms as part of our commitment to transparency in financial dealings.

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering (or relevant field), combined with 1-5 years experience managing contracts or working on projects requiring similar skills. You’ll also need strong analytical skills for handling data-driven decision-making processes within organizational policies that guide this job function….
