Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Implementation Specialist to lead successful deployments of CompUp for enterprise clients across India, the Middle East, and the USA .

This role requires someone who can deeply understand client requirements, translate them into product configurations, and take full ownership of implementation outcomes—from discovery through go-live and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with enterprise clients to understand compensation processes, policies, and business requirements in depth
  • Map client needs to CompUp product capabilities and design optimal implementation solutions
  • Configure the platform, coordinate integrations, and ensure accurate setup aligned with client expectations
  • Own end-to-end delivery of implementations, including timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to resolve gaps and drive successful outcomes
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user onboarding for client teams
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through smooth go-live and post-implementation support

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in SaaS implementation, HRTech, compensation management, or enterprise software deployment
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across senior leadership and operational teams
  • High ownership mindset with ability to manage multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously
  • Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to work with global clients across time zones
