About the Role
Lead design, development, deployment, and commissioning of AI/ML/CV-based products.
Responsibilities
- Guide transfer learning and fine-tuning of deep learning models for real-world applications
- Expertise in image pre-processing, augmentation, and classical image processing techniques
- Manage end-to-end AI/ML development lifecycles ensuring performance and timely delivery
- Mentor engineering teams and foster collaboration and continuous innovation
- Drive process improvements for system reliability and model efficiency
- Stay updated on AI/ML trends, tools, and frameworks for integration
- Proven experience leading AI/ML projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong in system architecture, AI/ML development, and hardware integration
- Proficient in major programming languages and AI/ML frameworks
- Solid knowledge of image analysis, camera systems, optics, and LiDAR
- Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and industry standards
- Experienced with GitHub, Bitbucket, and version control systems
- Knowledgeable in cloud/edge/GPU hardware, networking, and communication protocols
- Strong foundation in algorithms, mathematics, and optimization
Qualifications
- BE, BTech, ME, MTech, M.Sc., Ph.D. (relevant academic background in AI/ML and computer vision)
