We propose establishing Skilled Training Centres across India to transform raw manpower into a skilled workforce, creating employment opportunities in India and overseas.
These centres will deliver industry-aligned training and hands-on expertise, enabling workers to optimise efficiency, proficiency, and productivity, thereby significantly enhancing their employability and access to sustainable livelihoods.
The training programs will focus on Industrial, Civil and Construction sector skills, including but not limited to Masonry, Carpentry, Lamination, Scaffolding, Plumbing, Electrical Works, Welding and Allied construction services
The initiative aims to bridge the skill gap in the construction industry while creating a reliable pipeline of certified, competent, and employment-ready professionals.
Role Description
· Minimum 10 years’ experience of recruitment services with registered agents(RA)
· Post Graduate and preferably MBA
Overseas Blue collar job recruitment experience only
· Willingness to travel extensively within India and abroad
· High initiative, leadership qualities, and readiness to take on challenges
· Age and salary is no bar for suitable candidates and will be at par as per industry norms.
