Job DescriptionJob Title: Vertical Head – Government & Institutional BuyersLocation: Noida (Full-Time, On-site)Salary: 6-10 LPA (Fixed) + Performance IncentivesAbout UsSutra Luminis is a premium decorative lighting brand delivering bespoke solutions forhigh-end residential, hospitality, commercial, and institutional projects across India. Wecollaborate with architects, PMCs, developers, and consultants to execute large-scalelighting projects with design precision and technical excellence.As we expand into the public and institutional sector, we are looking for a Vertical Head –Government & Institutional Buyers to lead and build this strategic business segment.Role ObjectiveTo establish and grow Sutra Luminis’ presence within government departments, publicsector undertakings (PSUs), and large institutional buyers (universities, hospitals, publicinfrastructure, corporate institutions). The role will focus on tender participation, vendorregistrations, institutional partnerships, and large-scale project acquisition.Key Responsibilities1. Revenue & Target Ownership Drive monthly revenue targets of 12- 20 lakhs from government and institutionalprojects. Build a sustainable order pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual targets.2. Tender & Registration Management Identify and track relevant tenders through GeM, e-procurement portals, andgovernment networks. Lead end-to-end tender participation including documentation, compliance, pricing,and submission. Manage vendor registrations with government departments, PSUs, and institutions.3. Institutional Client Acquisition Develop relationships with procurement heads, engineering departments, projectconsultants, and administrative authorities. Onboard 3-5 new institutional buyers or government accounts every quarter. Position Sutra Luminis as an approved and preferred lighting vendor.4. Project & Compliance Management Ensure compliance with technical specifications, certifications, and quality standardsrequired for government projects. Coordinate internal teams for documentation, product approvals, and deliverytimelines. Monitor project milestones, billing cycles, and payment follow-ups.5. Market Intelligence Track upcoming infrastructure projects, public building tenders, educationalcampuses, hospitals, and government facilities. Monitor competitor participation, pricing benchmarks, and regulatory updates.6. Team Leadership & Strategy Build and guide a small team (if required) to manage documentation, follow-ups, andcoordination. Develop a structured go-to-market strategy for institutional expansion. Share monthly pipeline reviews and strategy updates with leadership.Who You Are Graduate/Postgraduate with 6-10 years of experience in B2G or institutional sales. Strong exposure to government tendering processes and procurement systems(GeM, e-tender portals, PSU processes). Proven track record of closing large institutional or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of compliance documentation, certifications, and commercialnegotiations. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with travel for institutional meetings and project follow-ups.Why Join Us?
