Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist – Medical Hiring who has prior experience in the healthcare industry and has independently handled end-to-end recruitment for various medical roles including doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, and allied healthcare professionals. This is an individual contributor role with complete ownership of the hiring process.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and medical roles (Doctors, Surgeons, Nurses, Lab Technicians, Pharmacists, Radiologists, Therapists, etc.).
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, hospital references, and medical associations.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/clinical rounds.
• Verify medical licenses, certifications, registrations, and compliance documents.
• Handle salary negotiations and offer roll-out.
• Build a strong pipeline for critical and bulk medical hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with hospital administration and department heads for manpower planning.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring regulations and documentation standards.

Desired Skills

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in healthcare/medical recruitment working with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres or healthcare consultancies.
• Proven experience in hiring doctors, nurses, and paramedical staff.
• Strong understanding of medical qualifications, certifications, and licensing requirements.
• Experience in independent handling of recruitment without team support.
• Proficiency in job portals and recruitment tools.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
