We’re adding on-site Healthcare Recruiters to our Hyderabad office (evening/night shift with U.S. overlap). If you’ve placed RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in the last 24 months, especially travelers, and you know your way around MSP/VMS portals and advanced sourcing (Boolean, resume databases, social, AI)… this is your break.

Senior Healthcare Recruiter (On-Site) — Hyderabad, India

Schedule: Full-time | India hours with U.S. overlap (evening/night)

What You’ll Do

  • Full-cycle recruiting for RN/LPN/CNA roles: targeted sourcing → screening → pay/availability alignment → VMS/MSP submittals
  • Submit flawlessly via MSP/VMS portals (meeting SLAs, formatting, docs)
  • Source beyond job postings: Boolean libraries, resume databases (LinkedIn/Indeed/Monster), social outreach, referrals, AI tools
  • Qualify deeply: licenses (Nursys/state boards), shifts, RTO, compliance readiness
  • Package to win: resume optimization, crisp submittal narratives, fast follow-ups
  • Partner with credentialing/compliance to reduce drop-offs and accelerate starts
  • Track & improve: response → screen → submittal → interview → offer ratios in ATS

Must-Haves (no exceptions)

  • Recent (last 24 months) placements of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs — preferably travel
  • Hands-on MSP/VMS submission experience (end-to-end)
  • Advanced sourcing: strong Boolean, resume databases, social outreach, AI-assisted research/outreach
  • Clear & confident English communication; comfortable with U.S. time-zone overlap

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with U.S. compliance (Nursys/state boards, OIG/SAM, BLS/ACLS, immunizations)
  • Exposure to pay-package math (taxable vs stipends, blended rates, GSA)
