Job Description:
Helm360 (CCS Global Tech) is looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to own and drive end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles, while managing and mentoring an internal recruitment team.
Role scope
- Lead and manage the recruitment team, including hiring, training, and KPI ownership
- Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across levels (junior to executive)
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and business leaders to define hiring strategy and qualification criteria
- Ensure strong pipelines for all roles and 100% ATS compliance
- Track and report hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, conversion, throughput, and offer-to-join ratio
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and sourcing effectiveness
- Stay current with market trends, tools, and best practices
- Participate in virtual hiring drives and support campus hiring initiatives (plus)
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Strong exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring
- Proven experience leading and coaching recruiters
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, ATS, and direct sourcing
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and professional maturity
- Background in IT staffing or recruitment agencies preferred

- Full-time | Hybrid / Remote (India)
- Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (Mon–Fri)
- Notice period: 2–3 weeks preferred
