Lead Recruiter

Helm360 (CCS Global Tech) is looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to own and drive end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles, while managing and mentoring an internal recruitment team.

Role scope

• Lead and manage the recruitment team, including hiring, training, and KPI ownership
• Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across levels (junior to executive)
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and business leaders to define hiring strategy and qualification criteria
• Ensure strong pipelines for all roles and 100% ATS compliance
• Track and report hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, conversion, throughput, and offer-to-join ratio
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and sourcing effectiveness
• Stay current with market trends, tools, and best practices
• Participate in virtual hiring drives and support campus hiring initiatives (plus)

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
• Strong exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring
• Proven experience leading and coaching recruiters
• Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, ATS, and direct sourcing
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and professional maturity
• Background in IT staffing or recruitment agencies preferred

• Full-time | Hybrid / Remote (India)
• Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (Mon–Fri)
• Notice period: 2–3 weeks preferred
