About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition HR Intern at Coschool, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract, and onboard top talent across diverse functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Role Planning & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to strategize, plan, and launch new roles, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines.
  • Employer Branding: Promote Coschool’s employer brand through professional, engaging interactions with candidates and by representing the organization positively in the talent market.
  • Hiring Process Efficiency: Support and maintain an efficient, consistent, and effective recruitment process, ensuring best practices are followed throughout.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Help build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs across functions.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: Assist in the complete recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up.
  • Recruitment Data & Metrics: Maintain accurate recruiting metrics and support data-driven insights in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • ATS Management: Update and maintain candidate records in ZOHO or relevant ATS tools to ensure data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication with candidates and deliver a positive, professional hiring experience at every stage.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, and HR operations.
  • Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, or Indeed is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of ATS tools (e.g., ZOHO) is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Role Details

Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field

Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time)

Location: Hyderabad

Duration: 3 months (with possibility of extension / full-time conversion)

Stipend: 12,500
