Recruitment Consultant – Work from Home Opportunity

STARF, a recruitment consulting firm, specializes in hiring for fields like Real Estate, Construction, Cost Consulting, interior fit-out, and manufacturing. We frequently have openings for mid and senior-level positions for our clients.

We are seeking dedicated team members who will be compensated through a commission structure, typically at 35% of the closing value. Candidates are expected to work 6 to 8 hours daily, recruiting mid-management talent via portals, reference hiring, and advertisements.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in successfully closing profiles for similar roles. (Minimum 5 years experience ideal. )
• Expected monthly earnings range from ₹40,000 to ₹60,000 with consistent effort.
• Strong leadership skills, honesty, and client management abilities.
• Exclusivity to STARF, with no conflicts of interest regarding our company and clients.
