Job Title: SAP CRM Functional (CRM Services)

Experience: 8 – 12 Yrs – Relevant Experience in SAP

Job Description as follows:

• 8+ Yrs of experience SAP CRM functional areas preferably in Services module implementations, enhancements, and rollouts across projects.
• Analyze business processes for service management, service orders, warranties, and complaints, and map them to SAP CRM.
• Configure and customize SAP CRM Service processes, including transactions, actions, and workflow.
• Integrate SAP CRM Services with ECC/S4, Middleware (PI/PO/CPI), and third-party systems.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional specifications.
• Support UAT, cutover, and post-go-live activities, ensuring smooth service operations.
• Manage incident resolution and change requests in production environments.
• Provide solution guidance on best practices, performance optimization, and system enhancements.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge management and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, SLAs, and service governance processes.
