About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Loan Processor with strong exposure to the Australian mortgage broking ecosystem. This role involves managing loan files end-to-end, coordinating with brokers, lenders, and aggregators, and ensuring a smooth journey from application to settlement.

Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end processing of home loan files (submission to settlement)
• Preparation and verification of loan documentation
• Liaison with mortgage brokers, lenders, aggregators, valuers & solicitors
• Ensure compliance with Australian lending and documentation standards
• Track loan milestones and follow up proactively
• Maintain accurate CRM and loan tracking records
• Support brokers with pipeline management and status updates
• Ensure SLA adherence and turnaround timelines
Technical & Professional Requirements
• Strong understanding of Australian mortgage products & workflows
• Hands-on experience with broker CRMs/platforms:
– ApplyOnline
– Mercury
– MY CRM
– Salestrekker (preferred)
– Infinity
• Familiarity with major Australian lenders and aggregators
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Clear, professional communication skills
Preferred Profile
• Prior experience with Australian mortgage broking firms
• Ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously
• Experience in offshore/back-office mortgage processing teams
