We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Tax Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong tax background and excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work closely with our internal team to execute on and strengthen our current processes.
The Tax Analyst will play a crucial role in all stages of Due Diligence, providing Tax Compliance services to support our clients as we scale. Responsibilities include assessing target Income tax returns (federal and states), sales tax returns, analyzing them by recalculating taxes and performing nexus studies.
This individual will also prepare US Federal and State Income Tax Compliance for corporate taxpayers including preparation of relevant forms within tax software Go System or One Source. Additionally they will learn develop technical skillsets that allow them eventually own compliance consulting roles for key clients effectively communicate status manager
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Masters degree accounting finance desirable but not required
