At Globe Group, we are scaling rapidly across logistics, heavy equipment, and oilfield operations.
To help us scale, we are looking for a Senior-Level Recruiter who can build strong talent pipelines, lead the recruitment team, and strengthen our organizational backbone.
This is not a resume-processing role; this is a high-ownership, high-impact talent leadership role.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment
- Hiring across operations, logistics, engineering, fleet management & corporate roles
- Building structured hiring processes and evaluation frameworks
- Partnering directly with leadership to plan manpower strategy
- Developing strong sourcing channels beyond job portals
- Contributing to HR strategy on manpower retention, growth, and systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6–10+ years of recruitment experience (corporate or agency, both welcome)
- Proven experience hiring leadership and niche technical roles
- Strong screening and behavioral interviewing skills
- Process-driven mindset
- High integrity and ownership
- Experience in logistics, infrastructure, manufacturing, or heavy equipment industry is a strong plus
