Job Description

This role will support integrated growth initiatives for Publicis Groupe India by helping connect brands, practices, and capabilities across agencies. The VP / Director – Product & Solutions will work closely with senior leaders and practice heads to coordinate multi-disciplinary solutions and improve collaboration across teams.

The role does not carry P&L ownership but requires strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Success will be measured by contribution to integrated pitches, improved collaboration across agencies, and support in expanding relationships with key clients.

Core Responsibilities:

– Support the coordination of incoming integrated leads, RFPs, and pitches across Creative, Digital, Tech, Content, Production, Experiential, CRM, and Commerce.

– Assist in developing integration approaches for pitches and ongoing engagements.

– Maintain and update the Top 20 client knowledge system—tracking opportunities, overlaps, and white spaces.

– Work with the CPO and agency leaders to prepare materials and inputs for growth conversations with key clients.

– Coordinate with global, regional, and local stakeholders to support integrated opportunities.

– Help identify repeatable cross-practice solutions and document best practices.

– Facilitate collaboration across teams and help resolve operational or structural gaps in integrated projects.

Candidate Profile:

– Around 9–12 years of experience in integrated marketing, consulting, strategy, or account leadership roles.

– Experience working in agencies, consulting firms, or marketing organizations with cross-functional teams.

– Exposure to FMCG or large consumer brands is preferred but not mandatory.

– Good understanding of brand solutions, digital, CRM, commerce, and technology.

– Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

– Ability to work in matrix structures and manage multiple workstreams.
