Role Overview

The Head of Sales – Ridhira Zen will lead the overall sales strategy, execution, and revenue generation for the project. This role requires a dynamic sales leader with strong experience in luxury real estate, villa sales, high-value residential projects, and channel partner networks.

The candidate will be responsible for driving project sales, building and managing a high-performing sales team, expanding channel partnerships, and achieving aggressive revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for Ridhira Zen to achieve project revenue targets.
  • Drive direct sales, channel partner sales, and international sales initiatives.
  • Create innovative sales campaigns and pricing strategies aligned with market demand.
  • Track and monitor sales pipeline, closures, and revenue performance.

Team Leadership

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales team including closing managers and pre-sales teams.
  • Define sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching to improve conversion rates and productivity.

Channel Partner Management

  • Develop and expand a strong network of channel partners and real estate brokers.
  • Build strategic alliances with top real estate advisory firms and broker networks.
  • Drive channel partner engagement programs and incentive structures.

Customer Relationship & Deal Closure

  • Lead high-value client interactions and negotiations.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and relationship management.

Market Intelligence

  • Analyze market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide insights to leadership on product positioning and sales opportunities.
  • Identify new buyer segments such as NRI investors, HNIs, and wellness lifestyle buyers.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, CRM, project teams, and leadership to align sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback on product design, pricing, and marketing campaigns.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 12–18+ years in real estate sales, preferably luxury residential or villa projects.
  • Proven experience in leading large sales teams and achieving high-value closures.
  • Strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
  • Experience selling premium villas, plotted developments, or wellness/lifestyle communities.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
