Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will handle recruitment processes, develop and oversee HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include overseeing onboarding, facilitating training and development initiatives, maintaining employee records, and managing performance appraisal systems. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring effective communication between management and employees.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR policies
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and employee relations
- Proficiency in performance management and employee records maintenance
- Skills in training facilitation, organization development, and leadership
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HR tools and software
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR management role
