Position Overview

We are inviting applications from experienced US Non-IT Recruiters with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment and delivery for US-based clients. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and closing Non-IT positions across multiple domains, including Legal, Healthcare, and leadership-level roles , while maintaining high quality and turnaround standards.

The ideal candidate will be delivery-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, performance-driven US staffing environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT positions
  • Work on staffing requirements across Legal, Healthcare, and senior / leadership-level roles
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, Dice (Non-IT), referrals, and job boards
  • Screen, interview, and qualify candidates based on client requirements
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer closures with candidates and clients
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure quality, compliance, and turnaround time
  • Collaborate closely with BDMs and account managers to meet delivery targets
  • Maintain accurate ATS documentation and reporting

Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in US Non-IT recruitment
  • Strong experience working on direct client.
  • Solid understanding of US hiring processes and employment types
  • (Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Direct Hire )
  • Experience recruiting for multi-domain and leadership-level roles
  • Excellent communication, screening, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a US-shift, onsite, target-driven environment
