Job Description:

Policybazaar is hiring dynamic Field Sales Executives to drive insurance sales (Health, Motor, Life) through direct customer interaction, conducting 70-80 km daily travel, and managing lead closures to meet targets. The role requires strong negotiation, relationship-building skills, and a, 0-5 years experience with a valid bike/license.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Meet, engage, and pitch insurance products to prospective customers through door-to-door visits, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (Annualized Premium/Policy Count).
• Lead Generation: Manage 30% company-provided leads and generate 70% through personal outreach/local market networking.
• Product Knowledge: Educate customers on various insurance products (Health, Life, Motor) to help them make informed decisions.
• Documentation: Ensure accurate, timely completion of policy documentation and documentation requirements.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients for retention and upselling/cross-selling opportunitie
