Role Overview:
We are looking for a Growth Manager – Giftcards (B2C) to drive digital revenue growth for Rooter Shop, with a strong focus on gift cards and gaming-related digital products.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in B2C marketing, particularly in scaling gift card sales or digital commerce businesses. Should have a proven ability to drive sales through data-driven online campaigns, customer lifecycle marketing, and channel optimization. You will own the end-to-end growth including planning, executing gaming-led promotions, improving funnel performance, ensuring product visibility, availability and building high-impact influencer and creator partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.
This is a highly execution-focused role suited for someone with strong analytical thinking, ownership mindset, and a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem and digital consumer behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Transaction Growth (Core Ownership)
- Own GMV and transaction targets for Rooter Shop (B2C)
- Plan and execute weekly growth initiatives to drive volume through offers, bundles, placements, and campaigns
- Continuously optimize pricing, promotions, and product visibility to improve conversion and scale sales
2. Influencer & Creator Partnerships
- Build and manage creator and influencer partnerships with a focus on driving measurable sales
- Execute creator-led commerce initiatives including live streams with CTAs, creator bundles, and drop campaigns
- Track performance, manage payouts, and report ROI at a creator level
3. Channel Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track daily and weekly performance across paid, influencer, organic, community, and referral channels
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
- Drive quick optimizations across creatives, offers, landing pages, SKU focus, and targeting
4. Campaigns, Events & Promotions (Gaming Calendar)
- Plan and execute promotions aligned with game launches, esports tournaments, festivals, and weekends
- Design promotional mechanics such as limited-time deals, bundles, cashback/discounts, flash sales, and creator codes
- Coordinate campaign execution across store placements, creatives, banners, and communication channels (push, WhatsApp, community)
5. Supply & Assortment Management (B2C Digital Products)
- Ensure strong supply health across SKUs, including availability, pricing competitiveness, and uptime
- Work closely with partners to manage replenishment of digital products (top-ups, gift cards, in-game currency)
- Identify demand gaps and expand the catalog using data insights, seasonality, and community demand
6. Execution & Operations (Day-to-Day)
- Maintain store hygiene, including accurate pricing, offer setup, banners, and product visibility
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, community, support, finance, partner ops) for fast execution
- Handle escalations impacting sales such as payment issues, partner downtime, pricing mismatches, and failed orders
Success Metrics:
- GMV and transaction growth (weekly and monthly)
- Channel contribution and efficiency (ROAS / CAC, where applicable)
- Conversion rate and payment success rate
- Repeat purchase rate and retention cohorts
- Supply KPIs: SKU availability %, partner uptime, order failure rate, refund rate
- Influencer KPIs: sales per creator, code usage, CAC vs baseline
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce growth, commerce operations, performance marketing, partnerships, or category/sales operations
- Experience with digital goods (gift cards, top-ups, in-game currency)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret dashboards and drive data-backed decisions
- Hands-on execution mindset with experience running campaigns end-to-end
- Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and external partners/vendors
- Strong interest in the gaming ecosystem, including games, esports, creators, and gamer purchasing behaviour

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field
