We’re Hiring: Partnerships & Growth Executive – Affiliate Marketing at CouponzGuru
At CouponzGuru, we’re scaling our affiliate and brand partnerships across India, UAE, and global markets. We’re looking for a hands-on Partnerships & Growth Executive who can own affiliate networks, direct brand alliances, and new business generation end-to-end.
This role is for someone who understands performance marketing, enjoys building long-term relationships, and knows how to convert partnerships into revenue.
What You’ll Own
Affiliate Networks
- Manage relationships with top affiliate networks (tracking, validations, payouts, offer updates)
- Coordinate campaigns, resolve discrepancies, and optimize performance
- Identify and onboard new affiliate networks across geographies
Direct Brand Alliances
- Build and manage direct partnerships with brands & advertisers
- Negotiate commissions, exclusives, coupon codes & special campaigns
- Act as the primary point of contact for brand partnerships
- Drive repeat business and long-term alliances
New Business & Growth
- Identify new partnership opportunities, verticals & revenue streams
- Pitch CouponzGuru to brands, agencies & performance teams
- Convert inbound & outbound leads into scalable partnerships
- Support market expansion and high-impact campaigns
Collaboration & Insights
- Work closely with content, SEO & marketing teams to scale winning offers
- Track performance and share insights on what to scale or optimize
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in affiliate marketing , partnerships, or business development
- Experience in affiliate marketing is a must
- Strong understanding of affiliate economics (CPS / CPA / rev-share)
- Hands-on experience with affiliate networks AND direct brand deals
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Self-driven, ownership mindset, growth-focused
- Experience with coupons, deals or performance platforms is a big plus
