Qualification

• MBBS with MD/DNB/Diploma in Dermatology (DDVL)
• Valid State Medical Council Registration
• Fellowship/Certification in Aesthetic Medicine (Preferred)
• Minimum 25 years of experience in aesthetic procedures

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Dermatology

• Diagnose and treat skin, hair, and nail disorders
• Manage chronic dermatological conditions (Psoriasis, Eczema, Acne, etc.)
• Perform dermatoscopy and skin biopsies
• Manage STDs and other infectious skin conditions
• Maintain accurate patient documentation as per NABH guidelines

Aesthetic / Cosmetic Procedures

• Chemical Peels
• Laser Hair Removal
• PRP Therapy (Hair & Skin)
• Botox and Fillers
• Microdermabrasion
• Radiofrequency & Skin Tightening
• Scar Revision & Pigmentation Treatments
• Mole/Wart Removal
• Advanced Laser Procedures

Operational Responsibilities

• Ensure informed consent before all procedures
• Maintain procedure records and complication registers
• Follow biomedical waste management protocols
• Maintain infection control standards
• Participate in NABH audits and quality improvement programs
• Maintain equipment calibration and safety checks

Patient Care & Communication

• Provide pre and post-procedure counselling
• Address patient queries and concerns professionally
• Maintain high patient satisfaction standards
• Ensure ethical practice and confidentiality

Administrative Responsibilities

• Coordinate with nursing and OT staff
• Support marketing initiatives for aesthetic services (if required)
• Conduct CMEs / awareness programs
• Maintain procedure-wise revenue tracking (if applicable)
