About the Role

We are urgently hiring experienced and dedicated Coaches for Cricket, Football, and Basketball. The Coach will be responsible for planning, leading, and implementing structured training programs to develop athletes’ skills, enhance performance, and foster a competitive sporting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured training sessions and skill-based drills
• Prepare teams for matches and competitions
• Evaluate player performance and provide feedback
• Ensure player safety and discipline
• Coordinate with management and support staff
• Promote teamwork and sportsmanship

Required Qualifications

• NCC ‘C’ Or ‘B’ Certificate
• M.P. Ed /B. P. Ed

Desirable:

• Certification/Diploma in Physical Education or Sports Coaching
• Ability to work with different age groups
• Proven experience coaching in cricket, football, or basketball (previous sport-specific experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of sport rules, strategies, and coaching techniques.
• Ability to plan and organize training activities independently
