About The Role –

This is not a passive internship.

This is a performance role.

We are hiring Script Writer Interns who want to learn how content actually drives business results — not just views, but conversions.

If you want to understand how storytelling influences retention, engagement, and revenue — this role will train you at the highest level of execution.

What You’ll Be Working On –

● Writing scripts for YouTube (long-form) and short-form content (Reels/Shorts)

● Supporting the creation of high-converting storytelling content

● Assisting in building a repeatable, data-driven content engine

● Learning how to structure scripts for:

○ Strong hooks

○ High retention

○ Clear narrative flow

○ Conversion-driven CTAs and much more.

Expectations (Read Carefully) –

● You must care about creativity, storytelling and human emotions in your content

● You must be willing to rewrite until the script works.

● You must understand that retention, AVD, CTR, and engagement matter (we’ll

teach you these terms)

● You must be coachable, fast, and execution-focused.

This role demands output, speed, and ownership.

Our Position on AI –

AI can be used for research and support.

But submitting ChatGPT-generated scripts without original thinking is not acceptable.

We are looking for interns who want to develop real storytelling skill — not outsource their

thinking.
