Senior Civil Project Lead

1. Civil Construction & Structural Works

• Execute and supervise all civil activities including RCC works, shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting.
• Manage Mi-van shuttering activities with proper alignment, safety, and quality checks.
• Oversee piling works, basement construction, waterproofing, and retaining wall activities.

2. Finishing & Architectural Works

• Handle building finishing works including plastering, flooring, painting, masonry, and façade activities.
• Coordinate with architects and subcontractors to ensure finishes meet specifications and quality standards.

3. MEP Coordination

• Understand and coordinate basic MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems.
• Ensure proper sequencing of MEP services with civil and finishing activities.
• Verify MEP provisions during RCC and finishing stages.

4. Estimation, Billing & Documentation

• Prepare quantity estimations and material requirements as per drawings and site needs.
• Prepare and verify contractor bills and maintain measurement books.
• Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) as per structural drawings.

5. Site Management & Coordination

• Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely execution as per project schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of civil construction activities and finishing works.
• Experience in Mi-van shuttering and RCC execution.
• Understanding of MEP systems and service coordination.
• Proficient in quantity estimation, billing, and BBS preparation.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural drawings.
• Good communication, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
