Key Responsibilities:
• Provide real-time verbal interpretation between LPE customers and English-speaking representatives, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Assist customers in understanding complex processes, instructions, or service information with clarity and empathy.
• Partner with the customer team to support interactions across different customer journeys (e.g., support calls, issue resolution).
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism during calls.
• Help document and relay customer issues or needs clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team leads, QA teams, and operations to ensure consistent communication standards are met.
• Support training sessions or meetings involving participants when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Fluency and strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Prior experience as a customer service agent, translator, or bilingual support agent preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage conversations professionally and sensitively.
• Familiarity with interpreting in a customer service or operational environment is a plus.
• High level of attention to detail, particularly in conveying tone, intent, and context accurately.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using digital tools such as Microsoft Teams, CRM platforms, or other communication systems.
