Key Responsibilities
1. Supervision & Daily Operations
- Oversee housekeeping staff across all assigned co-working centers.
- Prepare and monitor daily cleaning schedules for common areas, meeting rooms, washrooms, and pantry spaces.
- Ensure prompt resolution of housekeeping-related issues.
2. Staff Training & Development
- Conduct regular training sessions on cleaning techniques, equipment handling, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Cross-train staff to handle multiple housekeeping functions.
3. Quality & Hygiene Standards
- Maintain company-set hygiene and sanitation standards in all areas.
- Conduct routine inspections and spot checks.
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
4. Inventory & Procurement Coordination
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors for supply orders and equipment servicing.
- Maintain inventory records.
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the Facilities and Operations team to address member concerns.
- Prepare weekly housekeeping reports for management.
- Support event setups and post-event cleanups.
