Senior Sales Executive (SSE) – HoReCa / Institutional Sales

(Food / Chocolate / Bakery Industry)

Hiring Senior Sales Executives (SSE) for two locations.

Locations:

Ahmedabad

Mumbai

This is a B2B-focused sales role responsible for driving business across HoReCa, cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and institutional clients within the assigned territory.

The candidate must have prior experience in selling food products / ingredients to HoReCa or institutional clients. This position requires a results-driven professional who can develop sales strategies, manage distributor networks, and lead market expansion initiatives while mentoring junior sales team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales across HoReCa – hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and institutional clients
  • Develop and manage distributor networks focused on the food-service channel
  • Build strong relationships with chefs, bakery owners, HoReCa buyers, and key accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
  • Achieve territory sales targets and distribution expansion goals
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor tracking, and customer engagement
  • Ensure smooth order management and coordination with logistics teams
  • Support brand visibility through chef meets, product demos, and HoReCa activations

Candidate Profile:

  • 5–8 years of experience in HoReCa / Institutional B2B sales
  • Experience in Food / Chocolate / Bakery / Dairy / Food Ingredients industry preferred
  • Strong exposure to HoReCa clients, cafés, bakeries, and restaurant accounts
  • Proven experience in territory sales, distributor handling, and key account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (Sales / Marketing preferred)
