Role Description
This is a Full-time / Part-time / Consultant opportunity for a Speech Therapist located in Chennai.
The Speech Therapist will be responsible for:
- Evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication challenges
- Designing individualized speech therapy and intervention plans
- Conducting one-on-one therapy sessions for children with developmental needs
- Supporting communication, articulation, and language development
- Maintaining therapy documentation and progress reports
- Providing guidance, counselling, and support to parents and families
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary therapy teams when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech Therapy / Speech Language Pathology
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for child development and early intervention
