Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Co-Founder to join the leadership team and help scale Magsum Solutions into a leading business strategy and startup development firm.

This role requires someone who can build partnerships, drive revenue, manage strategic initiatives, and help grow the company alongside the founder.

The Co-Founder will work closely with the Founder in shaping company strategy, expanding market presence, and building a strong client base.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

  • Work with the Founder to define and execute the company’s long-term vision and growth strategy
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
  • Develop and refine service offerings and market positioning

Business Development

  • Generate and close consulting and strategy projects
  • Build relationships with startup founders, SMEs, and corporate clients
  • Develop partnerships with investors, incubators, and startup ecosystems

Operational Development

  • Help establish standardized frameworks, SOPs, and service delivery models
  • Support the development of internal teams and consultants
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of consulting and strategy services

Brand & Market Expansion

  • Represent Magsum Solutions in industry networks, events, and startup communities
  • Support brand positioning and thought leadership
  • Contribute to the growth of the Magsum ecosystem and platforms
