About the Role
We are looking for a Demand Marketer to build and scale demand generation for Mavlers’ CRM and Lifecycle Marketing services. This role is deeply focused on driving pipeline from CRM and Lifecycle Marketing leaders at global brands.
This is a senior IC role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys getting hands-on, and is excited to build the demand and ABM engine from scratch-not just run existing playbooks.
What You’ll Own
Demand Generation & ABM
- Build and execute demand generation and ABM programs for CRM & Lifecycle marketing services
- Own account selection, segmentation, and messaging for target accounts
- Work closely with Sales to align on ICP, account lists, and pipeline targets
- Take full ownership of pipeline impact, not just lead volume
Growth Marketing & Channel Exploration
- Experiment with new and unconventional channels beyond standard paid and email
- Identify where CRM and Lifecycle leaders actually engage (communities, platforms, formats)
- Design and run structured experiments to validate new channels and scale what works
- Balance creativity with rigor-every experiment tied back to CPL, CPA, and pipeline quality
Campaign Execution & Budget Ownership
- Own multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and experimental channels
- Manage a meaningful marketing budget with freedom to test and iterate
- Allocate spend based on performance, efficiency, and pipeline contribution
- Track and report precise CPL and CPA metrics, with a clear path to ROI
Measurement, Insights & Communication
- Own funnel metrics from first touch to qualified pipeline
- Build clear reporting around:
- CPL, CPA, pipeline contribution
- Channel-level performance and scalability
- Share concise insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 4-8 years of experience in Demand Generation / Growth Marketing
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS or B2B services environments
- Hands-on experience with ABM and ICP-driven marketing
- Comfort working as a senior IC in fast-paced setups
- Proven ability to experiment, learn fast, and scale winning channels
- Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward measurable outcomes
