About the Role

Experion is looking for a young, energetic Social Media Executive who lives and breathes social media. This role is perfect for someone who brings fresh ideas, strong communication skills, and genuine enthusiasm to build Experion’s brand voice across platforms.

You’ll work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to execute engaging social media content, support campaigns and events, and add a youthful spark to the company’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end social media operations across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Pinterest, Google Business, and WhatsApp for Business.
  • Develop and manage a structured content calendar; ensure timely publishing of high-quality, brand-aligned content across platforms.
  • Monitor and manage community engagement — ensure prompt, professional responses to comments, DMs, reviews, and brand mentions.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create platform-native assets including banners, carousels, reels, stories, case studies, whitepapers, and customer testimonials.
  • Generate creative content ideas aligned with industry trends, audience insights, and brand positioning.
  • Build and nurture relationships with tech influencers, industry voices, and content creators within the IT ecosystem.
  • Support internal and external events through pre-event promotions, live social coverage, and post-event amplification.
  • Track and analyse key performance metrics such as engagement rate, follower growth, reach, and impressions — with a clear focus on continuous improvement and audience growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in hands-on social media management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tell a story clearly and confidently.
  • Strong track record in creating trending content, including reels and other social media formats.
  • A youthful mindset with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to experiment with content.
  • Comfortable using a mobile camera for quick videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to generate high-quality content and social media assets.
  • Good understanding of social media trends, formats, and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global business setting.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to B2B marketing and employer branding content across digital platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and publishing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
