About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager / SDR Manager to lead our high-performing outbound team across North America and Europe, driving pipeline growth, performance excellence, and scalable sales operations for a leading social news aggregator and online advertising platform.

What You’ll Do:

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead and coach SDRs across multiple layers (Agents, Team Leads, Account Managers) to achieve qualified pipeline KPIs (SAO, SQO, Meetings Set, Closed Won)
  • Manage daily huddles, monthly reviews, and quarterly performance assessments
  • Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and structured upskilling initiatives
  • Drive hiring, onboarding, and team development

Sales Strategy & Operations

  • Own outbound prospecting strategy across NA & EMEA—driving prospecting quality, conversion metrics, and pipeline contribution
  • Monitor daily/weekly sales activity, track KPIs, and implement actions to improve team productivity
  • Identify gaps in workflows, CRM usage, and lead follow-up processes; implement tools and strategies for efficiency

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Partner with internal sales teams, marketing, and product to align SDR efforts with regional priorities and business goals
  • Lead strategic discussions with senior stakeholders across regions
  • Act as liaison to ensure campaign effectiveness, message consistency, and feedback integration
  • Manage escalations tactfully and resolve conflicts effectively

Sales Insights & Governance Cadence

  • Design and deliver sales insights dashboards tracking conversion rates, pipeline health, and team performance
  • Establish governance cadence with regular reporting on lead metrics, activity trends, and forecasting
  • Contribute to strategic sales planning and quarterly business reviews
  • Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and accountability

Pipeline & Process Management

  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads
  • Oversee CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and sales engagement platform optimization
  • Drive process improvements to enhance outreach effectiveness and scalability

What You Bring

Required:

  • 5+ years managing SDR or Inside Sales teams with proven performance management and coaching expertise. Must have handled multiple layers (Agents, Team Leads, Account Managers) etc.
  • Strong background in outbound B2B sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, digital media, or tech environments
  • Experience with North America & EMEA markets—understanding time zones, business norms, and outreach strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Outreach, SalesLoft)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Analytical mindset with ability to create sales insights dashboards and interpret performance data
  • Excellent communication, escalation handling, and conflict resolution skills

Preferred:

  • Exposure to B2B SaaS and digital advertising sales cycles
  • Experience establishing governance cadence and reporting frameworks
  • Proven success mentoring high-performing sales teams
  • Comfortable working across international time zones in virtual environments
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
