Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and drive large-scale hiring initiatives for a fast-growing organization. The role requires someone with strong experience in bulk/volume hiring, stakeholder management, and recruitment strategy to support rapid business expansion.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across functions with a strong focus on bulk/volume hiring.

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent within defined timelines.

  • Manage large hiring volumes through job portals, social media, recruitment drives, and vendor partnerships.

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.

  • Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring funnel effectiveness.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies when required.

  • Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and processes.

 

Key Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

  • Strong experience in bulk / mass hiring across multiple roles.

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment in fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Experience using ATS, job portals, and digital sourcing platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
